We do not collect your mobile number, device identifiers, IP address, GPS location, photos, documents, KYC details, or in‑app chat/support messages.
Payment information
Payments for orders are processed by third‑party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI IDs, or net banking credentials on our servers.
During checkout, you may be asked to provide card, UPI, or bank details directly to the payment gateway. Such information is handled according to the payment gateway’s own privacy policy and security practices.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To create and manage your account and allow you to sign in using Google.
To process and deliver your orders, including managing payments, shipping, and order confirmations.

To provide agriculture input e‑commerce services, advisory content, and farmer education through the app and website.
We do not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics) or crash reporting tools in the app at this time.
